So last night was chicken and pasta, simple.
I thought I would share how I “pan fry/cook” my chicken breast. It turns out super flavorful and moist!
Essentially, pour chicken brother in a frying pan, about 1/4″ to 1/2″ deep. Sprinkle in your favorite spices. Some of mine are spicy italian, chili powder, garlic powder, Montreal steak spice.
Cover and cook on medium low, flipping when needed till cooked! It takes about 20 min. Yummy!!!!!
